Command migration and new features
Several commands were migrated to the new system and new features were added.

Migrated commands
The following commands were moved to the new system:
- /transaction
- /leaders
- /text
- /embed
- /delete
- /format_numbers
- /holidays
Notes
Development was delayed because of work on autologs.
Additional updates
- 2025-02-23: /embed was temporarily removed because it was too flexible
- 2025-03-29: message translation was added through Apps → Translate
