Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, installing, or using Wolium™ Bot ("Bot", "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

2. Service Description

Wolium™ Bot provides features for Discord servers including automation, statistics, activity tracking, AI-powered tools, and other related functionality.

Some features may rely on third-party services including Discord, Supabase, and third-party AI services.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Proper Use

Users agree NOT to use the Bot to:

  • Violate Discord Terms of Service
  • Break local or international laws
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to exploit or overload the service
  • Attempt unauthorized access to data or systems

3.2 Server Administrator Responsibility

Server administrators are responsible for configuring bot permissions and settings in their servers.

4. Data Processing

Data collection and processing are described in the Privacy Policy.

Message content is stored only when explicitly enabled or requested by users.

5. AI Features

Some features use third-party AI services. Generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect.

The Bot and its owner are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated output.

6. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime
  • Bug-free operation
  • Compatibility with all systems

7. Future Paid Features

Some features may become paid in the future.

Payments may be processed via third-party providers such as Stripe.

Prices, subscription terms, and billing details will be clearly presented before purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot and its owner are not liable for:

  • Data loss
  • Service interruptions
  • Third-party service failures
  • Incorrect AI responses
  • Indirect or consequential damages

9. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue features at any time.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or block access if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Suspicious or abusive activity is detected
  • Security risks are identified

11. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

12. Third-Party Services

The Bot relies on third-party services including:

  • Discord (platform provider)
  • Supabase (database infrastructure)
  • Third-party AI services (AI processing)

We are not responsible for outages or behavior of third-party services.

13. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania and the European Union, where applicable.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service means you accept updated Terms.
