These Rules describe how Wolium™ Bot features may be used in Discord servers and communities. They supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, the Terms of Service take priority.
1. General Rules
1.1 Respect Others
- Be polite and respectful toward all members.
- No harassment, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or personal attacks.
- Engage constructively and avoid unnecessary conflicts.
1.2 Follow Discord’s Terms
- All users must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Behavior that violates Discord policies may result in immediate action.
1.3 Responsible Bot Use
- Do not spam commands or flood channels with bot responses.
- Use commands only for their intended purposes.
- Do not attempt to overload, exploit, or disrupt the Bot.
2. Moderation Commands
2.1 Authorized Use Only
- Only moderators, admins, or users with specific permissions may access moderation commands (e.g., kick, ban, mute, warn).
2.2 Fair and Transparent Enforcement
- Moderators must apply rules consistently.
- Abuse of moderation commands may result in revocation of permissions and other penalties.
2.3 Appeal Process
- Users who believe moderation was unfair may appeal to server administrators. Provide relevant context or evidence.
3. Economy System
The Bot may include an economy system where users can earn, save, and spend virtual currency. To keep the economy fair, the following rules apply:
3.1 No Abuse or Exploitation
Prohibited actions include:
- Using bots, scripts, macros, or other tools to automate earning currency.
- Exploiting loopholes or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Bypassing cooldowns, rate limits, or intended restrictions.
Penalty: Removal of unfair gains and additional penalties (warnings, resets, bans) depending on severity.
3.2 Alt Accounts Are Forbidden
- Creating or using alternate accounts to farm currency, transfer funds, or gain advantage is prohibited.
- Both main and alt accounts may face severe penalties, including permanent restrictions.
3.3 Earning Currency
- Earn currency only through legitimate activities (e.g., daily rewards, events, tasks).
- Respect cooldowns, limits, and event rules.
3.4 Spending Currency
- Currency may be used for in-bot purchases such as roles, perks, or virtual items (as supported by your server).
- If the Bot offers gambling or chance-based features, any loss is final. No refunds are provided for virtual currency losses.
4. Text-Based Games
The Bot may offer text-based games for entertainment. The following rules ensure fair play:
4.1 Fair Play Only
- Do not use scripts, bots, macros, or third-party software to gain advantages in games.
- Play within the rules of each activity.
4.2 Exploitation and Bug Use
Prohibited actions include:
- Using bugs or glitches to gain rewards or disrupt others.
- Coordinating or sharing exploits for collective advantage.
Mandatory reporting: If you discover a bug, report it to the bot owner or admins. Good-faith reports may receive rewards.
4.3 Game-Specific Rules
- Each game may have unique rules. Read in-game help before playing.
- “I didn’t know” is not an excuse for violations.
5. Music Commands
5.1 Voice Channel Requirements
- To use music commands, you must be in a voice channel.
- Follow server etiquette to avoid disrupting others.
5.2 Queue Management
- Do not add excessively long or inappropriate tracks.
- Queue control (skip/remove) may require server-defined permissions or consensus, depending on configuration.
6. Bug Exploitation (General)
6.1 Definition of Bug Exploitation
A bug is any unintended behavior or error in bot features. Exploitation includes actions such as gaining unfair rewards, bypassing cooldowns, or using features in unintended ways.
6.2 Zero Tolerance Policy
- Intentional exploitation: removal of exploited benefits and additional penalties (temporary/permanent restrictions).
- Accidental exploitation: report it immediately to reduce risk of penalties.
7. Logging and Privacy
7.1 Activity Logging
- The Bot may log activities such as command usage and moderation actions for auditing and security.
- Logs are used to maintain stability, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes.
7.2 Data Privacy
Data handling details (including optional message logging, AI processing, and deletion) are described in the Privacy Policy. Users may contact the bot owner for clarification.
8. Violation Consequences
8.1 Temporary Restrictions
- Serious or repeated violations may result in temporary restrictions from bot features.
8.2 Permanent Restrictions
- Severe violations (e.g., exploiting bugs, using alt accounts for economic gain, violating Discord policies) may result in permanent removal from bot features and/or server penalties.
Enforcement decisions may consider severity, intent, repeated behavior, and evidence. Bot staff and server administrators have final discretion.
9. Reporting Rule Violations and Rewards
If you encounter rule violations, report them to help keep the community fair and enjoyable.
9.1 How to Report
- Use the designated report channel or contact a moderator/admin.
- Include: violator username + ID, description of violation, and the rule violated.
- Evidence: screenshots or videos (videos are preferred).
9.2 Rewards for Reporting
- Clear, good-faith reports of serious violations may receive rewards.
- Rewards depend on severity and evidence quality and are granted at admin discretion.
9.3 Important Notes
- Video evidence preferred when possible for clearer context.
- False reports or fabricated evidence may result in penalties.
- Report farming is prohibited: creating an alt account to commit violations to claim rewards on a main account may result in restrictions for all related accounts.
10. Feedback and Suggestions
Feedback is welcome. Use the designated feedback channel or message the bot owner/admins.
11. Changes to These Rules
These Rules may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Bot means you accept the updated Rules.
